RESCHEDULED – Laura Landsberg Quintet: Come Fly with Me – Jazz at the Griff

The Laura Landsberg Quintet concert has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 27 due to illness.

Take a musical trip with the Laura Landsberg Quintet featuring songs about travelling in “Come Fly With Me.” Enjoy the jazz club vibe as you savour a glass of wine in a setting that is up close and personal with the band.

Laura and her group of world-class musicians will offer up an evening of music from the great American songbook to re-imagined versions of contemporary songs, focusing on destinations worldwide. Laura’s vocal versatility will be supported by David Restivo on piano, Paul Landsberg on guitar, Rob Fahie on bass, and Steven Parish on drums. This will surely be a musical voyage not to be missed.

Laura Landsberg has been the featured soloist with the Universal Gospel Choir, the Spokane Jazz Orchestra and the Vancouver Ensemble for Jazz Improvisation (VEJI), and has played with Hugh Fraser, Donnie Clark, Chris Brubeck, and Ian McDougall.

Rob Fahie, originally from Ottawa, moved to Nelson in 2013 and has performed at prestigious venues around the world, including “The Blue Note” and “Carnegie Hall”.
